Calling all Doggett and Doggett/Scully fans! I’m re-working the design and content for my fansite, Semper Fi (previously known as Addicted To Doggett), and I’m hoping to add fan artwork (collages, icons, wallpapers, drawings), fan videos, and fanfic to the site as an archive for fans of Doggett and DSR.

If you have created anything artistic focusing on John Doggett or Doggett/Scully (from 2000 to present), please consider submitting it to: serenityofx@gmail.com for consideration to be archived on my site.

* All submissions are subject to approval before being added to the site (I have a limit on how many files I can upload to my server).

* Semper Fi is primarily a Doggett/Scully website so Doggett/Reyes (romance only) will not be included. Doggett/Reyes FBI partnership/friendship without UST or RST will be considered.

* If you send fan music videos or other video files, please make sure that the file is in .avi or .flv format.

* Doggett/Other (ie: Doggett/Barbara, Doggett/Skinner, Doggett/Mulder, Doggett/Marita, Doggett/Shannon) and Doggett/Scully/Other fanfics will be considered.

In light of recent complications at a certain XF forum in which my collages were deemed inappropriate to be shared because certain forum members sent complaints about my artwork to a forum admin, and therefore my single thread titled "Collages by Dana Doggett" was deleted, I was inspired to create a new Facebook page called X-Philes 4 Equality. I'm sick and tired of segregation and censorship in "The X-Files" fandom, and I'm calling out to any and all fans of "The X-Files" to show support for the hope that one day, no matter where you go online in the fandom, that all X-Philes will be treated equally and with respect, and that no status boundaries will exist. I know this hope is a longshot, but maybe if more fans decided to stop supporting segregation and censorship in the fandom, this behaviour would unravel and the fandom would again be a fun place to discuss "The X-Files" series. If this sounds like a cause that you would like to get behind, please visit the X-Philes 4 Equality Facebook page and "like" it today! Thank you!

The purpose of this Facebook page is to help promote equality of all fans of "The X-Files" online community. This is not about simply tolerating X-Philes with different opinions than your own. This is about spreading acceptance and equal treatment of all fans of the series.

Currently in "The X-Files" online community it is widely thought that Mulder/Scully 'shippers hold a higher status than fans who either do not 'ship MSR, or who prefer another relationship pairing. It also seems to ring true that fans who say Mulder or Scully are their favorite character of the series are held higher up in the fandom's status than fans who list other characters as their favorites. Fans who prefer the first seven seasons and not the final two also seem to hold higher status within "The X-Files" online community as well.

This page is here for fans of "The X-Files" who want things to change in the fandom, and who do not agree with the current perception of status in the fandom.

Those of us who "like" this Facebook page want to believe that one day the unfair segregation, treatment, and censorship of fans of "The X-Files," who find themselves in the minority, will unravel to create a more accepting and equal fandom. We hope that in the future, no matter where you go, that everyone in the online X-Files community will be accepted for who they are regardless of fictional relationship preferences, favorite seasons, movies, or characters. Afterall, we are all fans of "The X-Files" first and foremost, right?

We call ourselves X-Philes, and a "phile" is defined as one that loves or has a strong affinity or preference for ("The X-Files"). How can we X-Philes tolerate segregation, and sometimes hatred in our fandom when our name suggests the exact opposite?

I ask for all X-Philes to treat each other as equals, to erase the lines of status in the fandom, and to accept all fans of "The X-Files" for who they are regardless if you agree or disagree with their preferences and opinions about a television show. Don't just "tolerate" others, that word holds negative connotation, simply "accept."

Does anyone know what Scully's dad was saying to her in "Beyond The Sea" when he appeared to her as a vision? I'm working on a fanfic that includes this scene, and I'd love to be able to be as accurate as possible with what he said. Thanks!

I've been going a bit POTD crazy on the SoX Forum and thought I should share some of the goodies with you guys. Below are a few screen captures from one of my absolute favorite Doggett/Scully scenes in "The X-Files". It's the Lip Gazing scene from "Underneath" (Season 9) - when Dana walks into the room and John has all the paperwork out for the case, she flips through the original arrest report and reads off "Arresting officer: John Doggett. It must've been a career-maker."

There's this look on her face indicating how impressed she is with him. She turns to him and brings up how sometimes even good cops can make mistakes, and through the rest of the scene she and John have this body language flirting going on, she gazes at his lips several times, their proximit to each other creates this tension that could melt the coldest of hearts... it's probably my favorite DSR scene of the entire series. And because it's my favorite DSR scene, I'll provide pictures!
